The officer must have thought he was working for OMNI ;) ;) ;)

Ya gotta love modern technology...   

you'd think he would have realized that "there's an app for that" ;) ;) ;)

Oddly, no one in this modern age realizes that. It says something, somehow. Not sure what, and I'm not sure I want to know!
