The SEC poster child for Lack of Institutional Control...

Arkansas in just a few months,

One coach fired for lying (great teacher), cheating on his wife,  and putting mistress on the team payroll...

But wait there's more:
following their coaches lead - cheating leads to stealing and heck coach will still let you play

linebacker Tyler Gilbert, arrested April 17 on charges of felony aggravated assault, has "at least a locker to work out of" although his legal issues have yet to be resolved.
Kane Whitehurst, who was arrested April 1 on marijuana possession charges, was given a scholarship release this month. Jason Peacock, arrested March 16 on felony theft of property charges, was reinstated to the football team prior to Bobby Petrino's firing as head coach in April.

Arkansas football players—wide receivers Marquel Wade and Maudrecus Humphrey and tight end Andrew Peterson—were arrested and charged with residential burglary, according to ArkansasSports360.com. The trio allegedly stole laptops, DVDs, cash and textbooks totaling more than $4,800.  A class B Felony

The rest of the Big Slow should take heed, they are not above the law!
Oh wait you posted this a thread about a Statute being removed...

Missed that comment about the SEC burglars being above the law...
Some permitted to play football even afterwards.

Good news for Arkansas - they got a former Big 10 coach cleans up the mess...
