Its that Clinton Lawyer Speak -   hanging on definitions of specific words...

As I mentioned in post #66 - campaign/transformation .......

I'm not following this too closely, but today I watched a clip of Hillary answering questions about the "classified documents".

She gave an answer that smacked of husband Bill's type of answer.

She stated very slow, and deliberately . . . . "None of the emails on her server were classified at the time they were sent or received."

Now I'm not sure of the protocol, but I would think many email documents may not be sent as classified until someone decided they needed to be. So they might not be sent as classified, but within a day or so, possibly after someone answered a question, they would be marked as classified.

It just reminded me of . . . . .

"It depends on what the meaning of the words 'is' is." --President Bill Clinton, during his 1998 grand jury testimony on the Monica Lewinsky affair.

I'm waiting for someone to fold and tell us Hillary told her staff to remove all markings of classification before forwarding to her.
That's what will get her.

That lawyer speak may sound "cute and clever"... but she signed a document that negates her "excuse" ;)

While Hillary is doing the slick willie dance of defining terms - or saying "they weren't marked at the time"

that defense has a big hole in it...

=============================================================
The nondisclosure agreement

Clinton did sign a Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement, in which she pledged to safeguard classified information whether “marked or unmarked classified information, including oral communications,” as defined by Executive Order 12958. (That was later superseded by Executive Order 13526.)

Members of the forces that were "spinning up" to go to Libya voice their opinion.

New witnesses admit more could have been done in Benghazi

It seems crazy that the State Department still has not searched their own email server for Hillary's emails.

"To date, State has searched only data compilations originating from outside sources — Secretary Clinton, her former aides, and the FBI. ... It has not, however, searched the one records system over which it has always had control and that is almost certain to contain some responsive records: the state.gov e-mail server," Mehta wrote.

"If Secretary Clinton sent an e-mail about Benghazi to Abedin, Mills, or Sullivan at his or her state.gov e-mail address, or if one of them sent an e-mail to Secretary Clinton using his or her state.gov account, then State’s server presumably would have captured and stored such an e-mail. Therefore, State has an obligation to search its own server for responsive records."

That is either blatant incompetence, or intentional, and probably both.

Hillary owns Libya.   She led the charge to take out Muammar Gaddafi and then did nothing to help the State employees under attack:

But, one commander told the committee that as they were readying themselves to deploy they kept having to change in and out of their uniforms four times.

The military never deployed to Benghazi.
