So the meat overlaps the bread.  Less bread, more meat!

I did see that question posed on a monitor at a restaurant where I had lunch today.  I thought to myself that was true for the most part, but there are exceptions in deli meats.

Did you know, there is a specific shape loaf called "round top"? The top is round, leaving only the two bottom corners to be worried about.
