We recently added two new places here in asunder:

Commander Cals Supply & Surplus:  behind Molly's Mystic Freeze, is a small-scale Army surplus type store.  Seemed quite nice, with boots, clothing and more.  Website at CommanderCals.com

 Polka Dot Pony and La Do DA:  in the triangle parking area (old Village office at the corner).  The original Polka Dot Pony was a children's resale shop that was pretty nice.  I haven't checked out the new shop yet, but they added "one of a kind furniture, home decor, women's accessories, holiday decorations."  They also now have "fun, funky clothing for the whole family".  Websites:  shopatladida.com and pdpony.com

I will have to check out the Surplus store soon.  I get some of my fishing wear from there, as well as my paintball clothes.

One out (Erie Bread), two more in.  Dundee is such a tempting market for a lot of different reasons.  I remember back in the day when they were wondering if they could support a McDonald's.  That is great news and I will check out Cal's.  The Polka Dot Pony place doesn't sound very promising for myself but maybe for others.
