The best solution for winter blizzards is Hawaii...I recommend Hawaii...of course there's always the Virgin Islands, but the pizza isn't as good there... ;D

I live behind the hospital and haven't driven anywhere yet but I did help my neighbor dig ourselves and several neighbors out earlier today. It looks like we got about 6" of snow with some pretty high drifts in my area.
My neighbor and I share his snowblower and I pay for the gas. Whoever is not on the snowblower is usually cleaning off cars and/or using the shovel to clean out places the snowblower won't reach. We both have older women who live by themselves on either side of us and we plow them out too before we plow ourselves out. We started about 10:30 today and it took us about an hour and a half to get us and two of our neighbors dug out.
Looking outside right now, it looks like the snow has stopped and it dumped about an inch over the snow I just plowed a couple of hours ago.

That may be my situation too livewire...    I have several, but two are 60" mowers...  one is an underbelly on my IH Cub Cadet LoBoy and the other is a Swisher trail behind mower...   hook them together and do  a lot of mowing so,  therefore, a lot of  :o :o :o....

Yeah, BRD, I have several walk-behinds, I have a commercial Kubota 60-inch zero-turn, and 72-inch finish mower that mounts behind my Kubota tractor, a six-foot brush-hog (I guess that's a "lawnmower"), plus tons of trimmers, and such.  So, I guess I have a good excuse to drink!

I am sooo glad I live in Phoenix!  ;D  If I want to see snow, I'll just drive 2 hours north to Flagstaff and go skiing!!
