Artichokes
« on: March 01, 2013, 10:19:30 AM »

Handsome brought three beautiful artichokes home from the grocery the other day. Neither of us has ever cooked one before. I've watched some videos on how to prepare them, and it actually looks pretty easy. There are all kinds of ways to serve it, and they all look divine, especially grilled.

Anyone have a favorite way to serve/eat artichokes?

I eat mine from a jar, after all the work is done. Never cooked one.

LOL! Those are good, too. Love them in a salad!

I've never cooked them before, but Spinach/Artichoke dip is something I enjoy.  The rest of the family is not so fond of them so I've never ventured into cooking them at home.
