French Fries are bad for your health?
« on: January 30, 2016, 09:25:49 PM »

I like French Fries - but I think too many French Fries may be bad for me.

It turns out they are mostly starch, and they are loaded with fat because they are deep fried.

I am thinking about giving up French Fries for good, but I do like them.

If anyone can help give me some redeeming virtues so I can keep eating them - I'd appreciate it!

However - most articles I find just point out the BAD.

French Fries are the original American junk food.  Like a donut, hard to digest and have little nutritional value.

I've found the best thing for a Fry is to just ignore it.

Much better things out there to digest.
