Just like real estate, no matter how fancy or glitzy your thermostat is, it all boils down to: Location, location, location.

Again, thank you all for the contributions on this. 

We're still weighing options and will eventually figure it out.  Don't 'need' it done for a few more weeks yet so 'no pressure'.

I do find it very interesting what happens when people have a nice civil 'discussion' though 8) 8) 8)
