There are a bunch of local businesses for sale.   Here's some I found.

- Dixie Soft Serve
- Banas Lumber in Maybee (listing is for the building)
- Don's Car Wash on N. Monroe
- EJ's Party Store on S. Monroe
- Monroe Glass (listing is for the building)
- Dena's Resturant

I knew some had been for a while, some I think have just come up.   Guessing a lot of these long-time businesses are owned by baby-boomers looking to retire.

The ask must be too much - if they've been listed for years...

the one's closed are likely only worth the land by now, as often the "code enforcement" by townships make it that way...    business friendly they aren't!
