Post Subject: Re: Pet Adoptions

I must say that as of this evening, I now believe in Divine Intervention. My husband and I were talking about tomorrow that he would have to take the kiitens to the animal control and that hopefully they'd be adopted out. Not even a 1/2 hr later, my phone rings (this is not a joke either). A nice young girl and guy came and took both of them. Although in tears cry (I'm a huge softie when it comes to this kind of stuff) it made me happy to know that both of them went together to the same home! I hope that these kittens bring this couple the same smiles and laughs that I had got in only 3 days with them. biggrin Most of all, people need to remember how important it is to spay & neuter their pets! Be responsible pet owners!

You are so lucky. Just yesterday, my husband & I were traveling on Strasburg, between N. Otter & Yargerville. There was a young woman stopped on the side of the road trying to rescue two very small kittens. I have been wanting to adopt kittens, but have not done so yet. We couldn't stop because my husband was ahead of me, we were on motorcycles. I wanted the kittens, but we kept going. I felt guilty for not going back. I hope the woman was able to collect them before they got hurt, they looked afraid of her even. Why are people so cruel? Put out a sign, take them to the pound, humane society or even call the pet shops. Don't dump them on the side of the road assuming they will find a farm to live at on their own, it usually doesn't happen. Shame on that person, he/she should be dumped on the side of the road to fiend for themself!!!

I have been wanting to adopt kittens, but have not done so yet.

Check out this website

I don't know if they have any kittens right now or not, but they do get them. You can always email them to alert you when they do get kittens in.   :)
