Mutually agreed upon binding arbitration and police insurance would solve those problems.
Ok, IF that could ever happen here's what would happen. For example: Apple would make a deal exclusivly with AMD to make microprocessors for it's computers. Because AMD has a monopoly over what processors go into Apple, it will acquire more wealth. Because it is gaining garunteed revenue it will need to expand to keep up with Apple's needs. AMD will then go out and buy smaller electronics manufacturing corporations so that they can keep up with demand. As Apple keeps selling, AMD will need to keep expanding. Microsoft sees this as a threatl so Microsoft makes a power move and buys out Apple, but Microsoft has a contract with Intel so Microsoft loans Intel some money to buy out AMD. Microsoft then stops making parts for any Apple systems rendering them obsolete. So now we're at basically one computer company for the entire nation. So let's say that Exxon want's a database software to run it's business. Since Microsoft is the only manufacturer out there Exxon has to buy from Microsoft. Because MS has a monopoly on that market, they charge outrageous prices to Exxon which causes gas prices to go up so that Exxon can afford to own the database software....
Do you want me to go on or do you see where I'm going with this?
What would happen is one company eventually taking over ALL companies which would in turn produce everything that we make. This would mean a one world government created by the corporations not by the people. Seriously, if you want I can write the rest down so you can see where it would end up.
