Yeah after awhile it must lose its stuff and doesn't bubble up. I end up throwing half a bottle away.  I always gargle it after dentist appoint just to be sure.

My Mom was always big on the peroxide thing...

I'd kind of forgotten that one...

we usually have some around for scrapes and for the critters so I'll have to look for it.  Make sure it's not expired before I gargle with it though!!!

if you want the real stuff, I usually keep at least 15 gallons of 35% food grade in the garage for the injection pump....  That will 'cure' your sore throat...  and other things too. ;D

Any suggestions for 'self medication'?

I medicate myself as well, not sure if it makes a sore throat go away, but certainly makes my mind feel better.

I know the stuff we use is pretty diluted.  Don't have a bottle handy but seems like it's less than 1%!!!

OTC peroxide is 3%.  Peroxide might be good for a sore throat but for cuts, it retards healing.

But it always makes me wonder when I put it on a cut and it bubbles away for a few minutes!!!

Exactly!!!

Getting nice out...

I'd better go take the trash to the road and then figure out which project (or parts of projects) to work on the rest of the day.

It's better to wash with antibacterial soap and water and then put antibiotic salve on the cut.

We have the antibacterial stuff in a tiny tube too...

but it doesn't 'bubble' when I put it on ;D ;D ;D

I dug my bicycle out of the barn yesterday.  I honestly don't ever recall riding in Michigan in February so I got it out and aired up the tires and went for a couple of rides over the afternoon...

and this morning the backs of my legs are sore, sore, sore!!!!!!!!

I went to the doctor a couple of weeks ago...

he said I was in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in...

I'd be better if I didn't have to take so many meds though ;) ;) ;)

exercise exercise exercise.  I was on 10mg blood pressure for 10 years maybe.  6 months ago i was getting light headed when i would stand up, then it was ok.  Went on for few days,  I went to doctor and my BP was way down. He took me off bill and next day everything was back to normal.
I've been riding elliptical for a few years at least 5 times a week and about 6 months before that started riding for an hour at a time.  usually 5.5 miles according to the mileage thing on it.  He is sure that is what caused the change in my BP.
