Coney Island owner found guilty

Convicted on 4 out of 5 counts! Justice was served!!!

I do not have the exact counts but I believe the counts had to do with serving alcohol in an unlicensed resturant and showing porn to minors. He was found guilty on 4 of the 5 counts that were charged. Sentencing will be in June.

The family of the girls affected are pleased with the outcome. Hopefully this man learns a lesson from this.

Yes! Horribly inappropriate and illegal!
Why weren't the girls supervised? Who was transporting them?
How did the parents find out?

Yeah, not like a 15 year old wouldn't be interested in porn...Do you know all the details, they could have asked to see it...Not that it's right or excuses his behaviour, but there's always more to the story than what's on the surface...

The girls were working for him and I serously doubt they "asked" to see it. He was the supervisor/employer as he was the owner of the restaurant. The parents found out because the girls went home and told them.

Also, he was CONVICTED by a jury of his peers. So both sides were heard and he was found to be guilty.

Like I said earlier if you missed it...The guy broke the law and he's going to pay for it(I'm not defending the fool, just voicing a thought)...It's still not out of the imagination that they could have asked and still gone and told their parents, all it would have taken is just one, and don't give me that crap about they were just innocent girls taken advantage of because girls are just as bad as boys can be(again, I'm not saying these girls are bad, just stating a sad truth about our society)...no one is innocent in this world unless you're under the age of 5 and even then I question it... :P
