I'm with you completely Pleasantville!!

Rose & MOT, He was convicted by a jury. How sad and disgusting you both attempt to convict a young lady, when only there to observe, based on her clothing. But you had to pick something, tearing apart the victims is a common tactic  :( >:( :(

If his lawyer did not put on a defense because he thought his client was innocent... then no one should hire that attorney. ANY attorney will put together some type of a defense. Oh! Maybe there was no defense to showing kids porn!

I will state again... It does not matter how the girls dressed, if they "asked" to see it, if they are bad girls, etc... it does NOT give an adult the right to show them porn. PERIOD!

I did love the "I don't understand, I am confused" quote the MEN pegged the lawyer at.

Leave it to Monroe residents to blame it on young folks no matter how ridiculous the charge.

I see you are polishing up your PR skills for that run for the 56th district; WHICH INCLUDES THE ENTIRE CITY OF MONROE.  To use that old saying, "don't quit your day job."

WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT
okay so I know I had a thread I wanted to die a LONG time ago about this. BUT ARE YOU KIDDING ME? First the 19 year old dressed for it so she must have wanted him to put on the teen porn channel? Guess what teen porn is illegal and .......... so I suppose SHOWING A TEEN PORN IS AS WELL. so if she wears flirty clothes WHICH SHE IS 19 SHE SHOULD! I am a HAG .... an old hag so I won't be sporting anything to flirty as obviously you won't either Rose or Mom of three. But 19 year olds should dress their age. And dressing their age doesn't mean RIGHT TO OFFEND/RAPE/TAKE ADVANTAGE OF! Get a clue.

He had a trial...... do you really think that the jurors are so stupid to be fooled by stories that You say are made up....... puhlease.

Talk about ticking someone off..... I'm ticked off and I'm sorry your brother and son or husband whoever the owner is to You (obviously someone close) but I have a teen age daughter and she is allowed to dress cute.... and if your relative shows her porn..... he better wear steel skivvies b/c I'd blow his nads off!
[Hey Pleasantville if you blow his nads off ? Wouldn't you be breaking the law? I don't think you would be going back to Pleasantville. You shouldn't make threats! Look what happened to Fackelman and now is going to prison and can't even go back to Bedford ever.  Think before you write stupid things!/quote]

This is for Boatlady, Supermom and Pleasantville,

I don't care what age she is! Their should be respect in court and she didn't show any respect. Judges kick people out of court when they don't dress properly. What's age have to do with how people dress anyways in general? If your 30 you can't dress like your 19? That's just sterotyping!

I don't believe that those girls or the girl that is 19 now is totally innocent. Did anyone see her in court and what she was wearing? It seems as though she wearing clothes that she would wear to a bar. (Flirty) She should at least dress properly and make it look like she is totally innocent. I believe it had to do with wages and since he wouldn't raise their pay then they would come back and get him because they were mad. I don't care what you other people think either! It's my opinion!

I did see what she was wearing and I thought it was absolutely appropriate. a pair of dress Capri's, top and a long tank sweater, nothing showing at all, not even flirty. and do you really think that 12 people testified against him because of wages. Stop blaming teenagers because a 56 year old man played inappropriate shows while they were working. May I remind you that he was the adult in the situation, a business owner who should have known better. Why would any respectable 56 year old put that crap on a big screen TV when there are 15 - 17 yr olds around? And all you can say to defend him is that one of them wore flirty clothes to court, Give me a break, his "wonderful" lawyer didn't put a defense on because he didn't have one.

Dear mom_of_7,
Who is this 19 year old girl to you, one of your daughters or a relative? Who are you some fashion expert on how to dress in court? I doubt it? I don't even know where you would find the time to write on here if you are indeed a Mother of 7? I still don't think Capri's and a Tank Sweater show's respect to the Court. How do you know what really happened were you there at his restaurant?  Maybe you shouldn't take a break and leave your opinions on here. Watch your kids instead of typing your nonsense.

I never said how old my kids are..........They're old enough I don't have to keep a constant eye on them. Why are you so convinced nothing happened in that restaurant? Where you at the restaurant the whole time the girls were there? So this forum is only for you to leave your comments and anyone that disagrees with your opinions (not facts) doesn't have the right to say them, now that's nonsense.

Was this girl kicked out of court for being inappropriately dressed? According to Rose1940, "Judges kick people out of court when they don't dress properly." If the girl was not kicked out of court by the judge, then obviously she must have been dressed appropriately!

And by the way Rose1940, you keep asking who everyone else is. Who are you? You must be related to the Fraunhoffers! Or, are you Jeff or Anna themselves? Or are you just "curious!?"

I have to agree with Rose, 1940. Lets see, that would put her at age 67 or 68.  So lets' show some respect for her opinion!  I don't really know the case that well, but I can tell you one thing. There is a judge in the Monroe County Court house that will virtually kick you out of his court room if you are not properly dressed. Apparently Judge Labeau was not that judge.
If it is true that the girl was dressed inappropriately, from comments I have heard, then I would think unkindly about that girl. What if those girls set up the owner?  How sad and obviously the courts in Monroe are set-up to get you if they want to.
Hey, why was the article about the guy convicted right on the front page of the M.E.N. yesterday?  Seems to me that they could have put it in the inside. Believe one thing:  if the court or the paper want to get you, they will do exactly that. Think about it, right on the front page yesterday.  That is terriblle!
