5yr old Boy VOTED out of his Classroom

I heard this last night on CNN.... Absolutely HEARTBREAKING!  That teacher needs to be fired immediately and legal action taken ASAP!

I know I will give more attention when my daughter says she's being bullied at school... Disgusting that an Adult would do that to a 5 year old.

Come on, getting bullied is a part of growing up.  It builds character.  Oh, and this is coming from someone who was bullied from Kindergarden through College....

Not when a child has Autisim!  I was bullied too, but i was taught fight back and once I started swinging back, it stopped.  But a Mentally disabled 5 Yr old... COME ON!  If ANYONE did that to my niece in law (who has Downs syndrome), I'd be in jail for sure!

Agreed Shag.....being bullied takes place everywhere - but come on to vote a child out of class.  This is school not Survivor.

This little boy had to stand there and listen to his classmates being told it was ok to say what they didn't like about him.

If there were behavior problems the teacher should have taken it up with the parents - not let a room of 5 year olds handle it.

I didn't see the Autism part, but either way the kid probably should have been in a seperate class where he could get the proper attention and education.  My buddy Aspergers Syndrome and his two children have Autism...

Either way, I only swung twice.  Once because I was jumped, the second because I was definding my girlfriend.  I'm a pacifist at heart, but even pacifists can be backed into a corner.
