Wonder Woman star Lynda Carter is reported to have called emergency services after discovering a dead body floating in a river in Washington D.C. The former TV star was out rowing on the Potomac River on Wednesday when she spotted the body of a woman floating face down in the water. Carter immediately dialed 911 and called police to the scene.
Police believe the dead woman was a hiker who may have slipped and fallen into the river and are appealing for help in discovering her identity.
