I don't get real fancy. I like the old standbys.

One of my favorite things is to fry bacon on the grill with burgers for bacon cheeseburgers. And any type of marinaded chicken.

Then it's just dogs and brats, steak and chops. :)

With charcoal, of course. ;)

Beer can chicken !   Outstanding with very little work involved.

Momma  :-* also likes to grill veggies in a basket after marinating them in an EVOO concoction.

Try asparagus spears on the grill too.   Not bad.

We also do fish steaks as well.

Further...we thick-slice zucchini, marinate it in an italian dressing mix and then grill it like a burger.   Excellent !

Aside from hot dogs, burgers and steaks... what do you grill?

(I don't think I need a recipe for grilling hot dogs  *:) )

I love marinated chicken shish kabobs.  Serve with rice and there's the whole meal.

:)

I like to grill pita bread with the kabobs.  Couple minutes on each side and it's awesome.

I also like to take funnel-shaped peppers (like Hungarian Hots or sweets) and fill 'em with Mozzarella cheese then plug the open end with a couple slices of pepperoni.   Pin closed with a toothpick or two and put 'em on a moderate grill to roast.

Very good !

Turkey on the grill is good.  I am not sure of how to do it.  There are specific directions for the charcoal, but I am sure you could fine that on line.  But the turkey is excellent!

I've had shish-ka-bobs with Italian dressing on them. They had chunks of fresh tomatoes on them that when grilled. OMG I could have eaten everyones. They also had chunks of the yellow squash and zucchini which I also loved grilled. I have watched on the Food Network where they take fresh pineapple and coat it with oil and grill that too. I'd really like to try that some time.

Try grilling fresh pineapple slices, then drizzle it with Nutella thinned with some heavy cream. Some Marscapone Cheese. Giada did something along those lines. YUM!
