He strikes me as another neo-con, actually. Not interested.

The only republican I could think of voting for would be Ron Paul. He seems to be the only proper Republican in the lineup.

Thompson is another hand picked member of the CFR. There is no way I could vote for him.

He is just another interchangeable member of the Democrat/Republican Regime.

I'm staying with Ron Paul until he is defeated, if he is defeated.

Thompson is a hand picked successor to Bush. He is an ultimate Washington insider, a former lobbyist, a senator, and on so many commissions it makes my head spin. More of the same if this man is elected

Amen Smash. I don't bother to watch or read anything about them. Ron Paul is the beat of the lot, but we know he won't go anywhere.

Ahh, but he is going somewhere in spite of the opposition.

They may have the dough but he has the people, and his campaign is growing every day.

The reason Ron Paul is attractive to the voters ( including myself ) is that he is for smaller government intrusion and more personal responsibility.
ANYTIME you have Big Brother government giving anything away it cost someone, guess who??

With our economy in decline, social problems running rampant , illegal alien invasion, wars that have no direction other then to be labeled another mistake in our history books and confidence and respect for local and national leadership at at an all time low---We need relief from the same Republican / Democrat party line.

l'm keeping a watchful eye and ear at this point and not ruling anyone out except the obvious candidates that are self serving and married to a party affiliation formula instead of being a candidate with free thinking character.

We actually have more communication and control with state and local candidates and more research and interest should go into who they are and what they stand for.

I may be young, and for the most part don't know what in talking about in the politics realm, didnt John Kerry ( I know, bad example) come out of seemingly nowhere too.

If that idiot can almost become president, I dont see why Ron Paul should ever be counted out this early. His support grows every day, and last i checked (sarcasm), the vote for republican nominee is quite a bit away.

I've heard alot of people mention that they like Ron Paul, so why isn't he higher in the polls? (Probably no previous name recognition.)   I'll have to keep my eye on him.  There's still plenty of time (this has all started too ridiculously early anyways...)

"Fred Thompson, who is a former star of Law & Order, confirmed with his supporters that he is running for president. Afterwards, Thompson promised to solve the crisis in Iraq by the end of the episode." --Conan O'Brien  :D

This is what I see when I visit:

"Sorry Frenchfry, you are banned from posting and sending personal messages on this forum.
This ban is not set to expire."

No emails, no warnings, no communication whatsoever...just that ban

May be what happened to the other libs as well.

I guess disabling the report to admin link only on the lib side was indicative of the slanted games they play.

Enjoy your spoon-fed Faux News type right-wing echo-chamber.

Edited to add:

This is the only way to answer some of the questions posed:

1) I did nothing to warrant the banishment, it's political.

2) It's the router that's blocked but considering all the nonsense right-wing games being played by those running the site...it's just not worth it to bypass the banishment block.

3) The moron stalkers from MT contemplating a visit will be considered a threat and can expect to have a bad day if they act upon those idiotic thoughts.

Supposedly, Thompson is lazy.  During his eight years in the Senate, he was only able to get four laws passed into existence.  And he is planning to campaign less than other candidates.  If I were a Republican looking for someone to support - and I'm not - I'd be interested in someone willing to get his *** off the porch.
