With the fair coming up soon, I was just wondering what are your favorite fair eats.  I know there was a couple of threads about the fair.  If this is a repeat, sorry.

Grilled Italian Sausage with grilled onions and green peppers. With the sauce.
Fries with Vinegar.
Wash it all down with a Lemonade Shake-up

I pretty much do not eat anything but the fries. 

I know, I am defective, I have never liked elephant ears.  :P

I'm with whoever said fries and vinegar....but I have to ask, what the heck is loaded butterfly chips? (I hope my oldie brain is remembering what I just read right!)

Ohhhh they are potatoes cut up into chips and smothered in sour cream and bacon and all cheese and all kinds of other yummies.....am I right, Shep? lol
