Pizza Hut on N.Telegraph. My family went in and sat down. We must of been invisible because no one waited on us for 15 minutes. It was semi-busy so there was no excuse. We got up and left.

Very aggravating, cool.   Someone should have somehow acknowledged you.

Actually, It wasn't busy.

My friend and I sat there and observed the waitresses fooling around, laughing, and having a good time, while i sat and waited for one of them to come over.    & I already know how it runs on busy nights.

I should have called out the manager but I was too steamed. All the explitives would'nt have gone over too well in a family atmosphere! My temper got the best of me.

Most understandable.   

Next time take a deep breath, gather your thoughts while you're gathering your family and mention it to the manager.   This way, hopefully, valuable customers won't get ignored in the future.

Usually if you contact management immediately, they are more than happy to accommodate you and will probably buy your meal.  Any one that owns a business wants customers to talk to them rather than bad mouth them on the street.
