Sorry but I believe horses to be a non native species that needs to be sent back to Europe to help get our ecosystem back into the correct balance.

Wouldn't the neglect/cruelty of horses fall under other animal cruelty/neglect laws? Or are there different laws for farm animals vs. pets?

to my knowledge, no the laws are no different for farm animals.

Oh I know.  I can't stand the sight of those animals but I'm just one man and until there's a law that states I can force those animals back on boats and ship them back I'll just sit here and try to avoid them at all costs.
