I despise Republicans too much anyway so maybe another candidate will emerge from somewhere.

I've been hearing this a lot from partisan hacks.  it tells me that a person can't think enough for their self, so they have to judge a person by their political affiliation.  that's unfortunate.

What really needs to be done in this country is convert to the Euro, get rid of the privately owned Federal reserve and vote in Ron Paul.....3 things that will never happen.  The political machine and out present socialist gummit will make sure it never does.  Lets throw in repealling of the War Powers Act and the fact that Federal Income Tax is voluntary not mandatory.  The IRS exists on indimidation not any legal grounds.

Ron Paul will be speaking at the UM diag tomorrow night (tuesday, October 9th, 7pm), following the republican debate in dearborn.  this is going to be a huge event.  not something you want to miss. 

there will also be a rally outside the debate starting at 2pm...people can come anytime.

writing in mickey mouse isn't going to help accomplish any of those things you mentioned.  ron paul has a shot, if people stop the "he can't win" nonsense, and vote in the PRIMARY...january 15th. ask for a republican ballot and vote for Ron Paul.  it's that simple.

I would totally go to the Ron Paul event at UM.  But I'm taking the quiz bowl team I coach to East Lansing to play on WKAR.

I'm a Hillary Clinton supporter, but that Ron Paul speech is going to be sweet:)  Nothing like a big event on the Diag.

Donations to the campaign have been huge today-- he's already raked in about $2 million, and it's not slowing down anytime soon.  He's on track to have one of, if not THE, largest fundraising days for a primary race in history.  He's also well on track to make more than twice his newsmaking total from last quarter.

So, with his fundraising getting on par with most the other front-runners, and the obvious passionate (though often obnoxious) support he has... who says he's not going to make a great show in the primaries?  Other than the mainstream media, that is.

I found this qoute on one of the political message boards.  I think this pegs every Ron Paul supporter that I have ever met; and a have met several this year.  Why the hard sell and the obnoxiousness?

The way these people conduct themselves they are just cutting the legs out from under their candidate.

I know that most of the Ron Paul supporters that I've met are very passionate about their candidate.  Unfortunately; what you gain in passion and belief in your candidate, you lose in this obnixous personna that really turns most people off.
