Problems with Cell Phones

Is anyone else having problems with their cell phones today? I nor my hubby can get a signal on our cells, they are AT&T. Anyone else having this problem? It's been since about 9:30AM that we cannot get them to work and these are the only phones that we have. Just great huh?  >:( And yes I did pay the bill.  :)

Maybe it has something to do with the two explosions Bloo heard this morning...

she mentioned it over in the "what are you thinking about right now" thread... 

not sure what time she heard them though...

We don't have a home phone anymore either ;) ;)

Same here, no service in Monroe, but they worked fine in Toledo. ;)

We heard text message pings on my husband's phone a few minutes ago, but that connection didn't last long. Our AT&T wireless phones have been out of service most of the day.

Now, this situation is one of the reasons we still keep a landline. I was able to make a phone call this afternoon on the house phone. It's happened during storms and other emergencies that cell towers have been knocked out of service or overloaded with calls -- I've personally run into that situation here in Monroe in recent years.
