You must qualify for either EIC or be a Active Military Member, or make less than $30,000.

I've used www.taxslayer.com for the past 5 years. Its wonderful!! 
Free for military and those earning under a certain amount
$10 for all others, this includes state. 

Can't say enough good things about them!!!

I am just afraid I will miss a deduction or something - I need all the help I can get.  We usually get a small Federal back, but will owe a bit for state.
